Not only do I NOT recommend bringing any vehicle here for service, if you MUST bring your vehicle here, I HIGHLY recommend you seek a second opinion on any quoted work. Had my car towed there without the luxury of being able to do any due diligence. My car had overheated. The very kind lady at the front desk - no snark she was very nice - assured me that if it was a radiator problem there would be no diagnostic charge. After they sent me an estimate for $1800 to replace the water pump and thermostat - a thermostat that was replaced less than 6 months ago - I declined the repairs. There oil change special is a joke. The bays in the shop is empty, yet they tell me I have to wait 2-3 hours just for the oil change. No thanks.
