Very negative experience buying a home from Zeke Lamb. Difficult to work with, seemed to cover bad smells in home, and didn't do well on home upkeep after he accepted our offer. Weeds covered the yard even though he said seed was planted. Demanded part of our agent's commission to close. Very tough to work with. Consider this before buying from him!
