Lamb’s replaced the combination heat pump and supporting air handler at our home. Made an appointment, Ethan showed up on time, looked at the existing system, asked a few questions, took some measurements, then within an hour he sent the proposal. The price was competitive, Trane equipment, and included a better labor warranty; personally believe the equipment is higher quality than what was proposed by another HVAC contractor. I've been a customer of Lamb's since we bought our house a couple of years ago, and I have always received top notch customer service from all of their employees, from dispatch to the technicians. We've had a few fiddly issues with our geothermal system over the past couple of weeks, and they have gone out of their way to make my system the best it can be at the least expense and hassle possible to myself. Plus, they are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this company.
