We’ve used Lamb’s before and always been satisfied and pleased with their service. Recently our furnace was not keeping up due to running short bursts and turning off, repeatedly. The repair guy determined that the problem was the heat exchanger causing it to get too hot and then turning off until it cooled. Repeating this process over and over was not providing enough heat to keep the house warm. Customer service is always great! We have had great experiences with multiple different service technicians- the are always professional and efficient. Would absolutely recommend!
During the coldest days of this year, our HVAC system wasn't heating properly. I called Lamb's and was given an appointment with a tech named Jensen(I hope I spelled it correctly) who was right on time, knowledgeable, polite, explained the problem, and provided the solution. Later, Logan came to install the faulty parts. He was also a pleasure to deal with, completing the job efficiently.
