Lamb's Grill Cafe is a fun experience. The breakfast here is amazing! The atmosphere takes you back in time- you won't even feel like you're in the 21st century anymore! Eggs are delicious, and the servers are lots of fun!
Terrible food, tired, old queenie server in an irascible mood. Had to literally flail to get a glass of water. My denver omelette was an abortion (I had a better omelette at Subway's.) Menu is tired and unappealing. Such a sad thing. If some money and true care was invested, this place could be restored to its original glory. A true reflection of Salt Lake's mediocrity. Not nearly about to come back.
The lentil and lamb soup was amazing and the lamb burger was a all new take on a gyro the flavor was banging. Apart from the food the ambiance of this place when you walk in it transcends you through time and the staff were very friendly. I went for lunch and I never felt like the godfather when I ate somewhere before but I did when I ate here. Outstanding, beautiful, fluffy pancakes with bacon cooked to perfection. The coffee is phenomenal as well. Little pricey, but once in a while I wouldn't mind it! First time in, not surprised this is the oldest operating restaurant in Utah.

An icon in downtown Salt Lake. My parents dated there in the forties, I have been a patron for over 50 years. Class and panache. Excellent menu, fabulous service. No place else like it!
