The staff are very pleasant. I had been looking and looking for a perfect raven pendant. All the others in the stores were generic. Cheap looking...Till I walked past Lambros Goldsmith and found my little precious � they negotiated price with me as I was a local and more than happy to send anyone their direction for a one of a kind custom piece of jewelry
Very good merchandise with friendly people. After wearing my ring purchased from them in Alaska, the stone came out. They replaced it with no questioned asked. Very pleased with their customer service.
