I had the worst experience, I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes 2019 c300, when I drove off the lot the check tire light came on, after a month the service department let me know that my tires barely passed VA inspection and that they could only compensate for one tire. After a month the tire light came on, over the year I had to replace the tire to then find that there was a crack in my rim. WORST DEALERSHIP!!!! 22 days ago I traded my Mercedes Benz G63 for a brand new Urus. There was an existing loan on the G63 which dealership was supposed to payoff and the balance was paid by cashier's check. The dealership has not paid off the loan on MB G63 even though they have already sold MB G63 and next loan payment is due in one business day. This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Buy a car literally anywhere else. I bought a BMW I8 from them last November. I live in Texas, so this was 100% remote. They sent sufficient pictures and videos of the car that I felt comfortable (I've bought out of state cars before) they arranged delivery and everything seemed smooth at first.
