If you are an out of state buyer, look elsewhere. Horrible experience with these guys. Like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of anyone. Dishonest. Have had better customer experiences buying cheaper vehicles. Will never spend another penny with these guys again. Christopher will tell you what you want to hear. The only reason this review has 1 star is because of the sales person Philip, who was professional, courteous and tried to do his best to help me and compensate the terrible customer service the rest of the dealer had. The rest of the dealer is very unprofessional to say the least. Very unexpected from a high-end official dealer like Lamborghini. Bought a used car there that has about 9k miles. Beautiful car. I had a fantastic experience with Phillipe helped us purchase my dream Lamborghini Huracan. I had the best experience with John and Danny and I had the worst experience ever with ethen if you gonna cancel your order you will be ignored and disrespected and blocked by Ethen for being asking for your deposit refund. Unfortunately I never recommend Ethen for anyone want to be respected and treated like a customer
