Unfortunately a really disappointing experience. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Really disappointing especially in the service department. A bad review was discussed for disrespectful issue towards me to be resolved but they could not care less. And I am not someone who writes bad reviews. This is the only bad review I have ever given. Really disappointing especially representing such an iconic brand. Thanks Cordell in service and one of the female receptionist to be treated so poorly
What a spot, really nice workers and cars are great
I came in and a gentleman sitting in an office instantly stood up and greeted me, and asked me about my interest even though I wasn’t dressed very fashionably, and i look very young, but they still decided to get up and show me attention. Keep it up please it makes a huge difference. You really stand out against your Ferrari competitors as Ferrari was very judgmental
I actually had to sit down to write this as this is an experience I have never had. I went into Lamborghini Perth with the intention of looking at some cars that I am hopefully one day going to purchase. I was upfront with James about this and he totally understood that. He knew he was not going to make a sale that day but he treated me with the utmost respect. Had coffee with me and actually spent time talking through all the features of the Urus.
