The cars in the showroom were beautiful they were in pristine condition. I looked around the showroom more and couldn't see a spec of dirt, and the customer service was amazing ( i don't know what your'e talking about stick ricky) Overall 10/10 will be coming back next week to buy a hat instead of a keychain.
Unfortunately a really disappointing experience. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Really disappointing especially in the service department. A bad review was discussed for disrespectful issue towards me to be resolved but they could not care less. And I am not someone who writes bad reviews. This is the only bad review I have ever given. Really disappointing especially representing such an iconic brand. Thanks Cordell in service and one of the female receptionist to be treated so poorly
What a spot, really nice workers and cars are great
I came in and a gentleman sitting in an office instantly stood up and greeted me, and asked me about my interest even though I wasn’t dressed very fashionably, and i look very young, but they still decided to get up and show me attention. Keep it up please it makes a huge difference. You really stand out against your Ferrari competitors as Ferrari was very judgmental
