While I'm not a direct customer to this group of dealerships, I ended up a customer-by-proxy when buying a Polestar 2 from a dealership in Boston that this group is now a part of. Luke (Sales Manager) was outstanding to work with. He was honest, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to support me—especially buying the car remotely. He made the entire process smooth and gave me confidence every step of the way. Even after the sale, he stayed involved and made sure everything was handled properly.
