I am utterly appalled by the deplorable conduct of Priti Verma, L'Ambiance Wedding at the recent Clark/Flagg wedding. This so-called decorator not only failed to meet basic professional standards but also managed to turn what should have been a joyous occasion into a nightmare of stress and disappointment. We found out about L’ambiance and Priti through our wedding planner while preparing for our wedding Dec 2020. Covid ultimately shut down our event. As a result, we had to eat a portion of the cost of flowers for the event as well as needing to contract to use them for when we rescheduled. This was fine and we ate that cost. When we were able to finally manage to get all vendors to agree on a new date, we found out that l’ambiance increased fees as now the wedding would take place in the summer.
