My doctor is fine, but it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone at reception. Their phone lines are disconnected during lunch hours and after work hours so you can’t even leave a message. You’re actually asked to NOT leave a message, even during work hours. Whenever they call me, they do so during work hours. TERRIBLE customer service. My mom and me both have had this happen MULTIPLE times; we get disconnected or hung up on when we are told we are being transferred or on hold. They never call back or anything and since it was 4pm the phones were off on their end so we couldn’t even call back to get an answer. I honestly love my doctor but someone needs to do something about the people who answered the phones, I have called a few times and somehow I always get disconnected . Today is Monday and I called at 3:55 pm they answered and I asked for to book an appointment, they put me on hold for 5 minutes and after the call got desconectes, obviously after that I tried to call many times but they close the office. Myself and my sons have been coming to this doctor for many years. Dr. Legassic has been very reliable. He used to be directly in Lambeth now he is on Bradley appointments are not difficult to make not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Sometimes people just cannot be pleased
