My wife, two children and myself have been with Dr. Teclegiorgis for somewhere around 5 years. Like all doctors, they are overworked and under-appreciated. While it can be difficult to get a quick appointment (Like any family doc these days), they take our concerns seriously and work to do things like setup a phone call consultation when in-person is not possible. No one answers phones during "Office Hrs". And you can't even leave a message to have a call returned. EXTREMELY frustrating, unreliable and unprofessional.
Never over books their patients. Never have to wait to see my doctor. Staff are prompt.
