SEWER ISSUES CONTINUE AT WYSTON PARK, KERNERSVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA. For several months, I have reported the sewer overflow from a neighboring property that is flooding the back areas of our town homes. Clearly VERY UNSAFE conditions and HORRIBLE SMELL. Lambeth is always nice ,but takes no corrective action. Town has identified neighboring septic touching Wynston property line and appears to be leaking. WE NEED CORRECTIVE ACTION!!!!!

They are very dismissive and condescending with their customer service. I asked for a supervisor to call me and she sent an email instead.. The front end people are not helpful at all to us and could use a lot better customer service skills.

Lambeth Management has been with the Villas at Eagle Pointe for 8 years and they are the third management company we have had since 2002. No company is perfect but they are there for us whenever the Board needs them. They are all professional; reliable; their financials (monthly, projections, budgeting) are great; and their daily and future planning is so helpful to us. Prior to moving to Oak Ridge Meadows I had never had experience with a property management company. For the last 7-8 years I have served on the Board of Directors, the last 5 as president. I have developed a deep respect for Scott Lambeth and his employees. They are outstanding, caring individuals who provide excellent service in stressful situations of pleasing a large number of homeowners throughout the properties they manage.
