4 Goldfinch Lambeth House As of June 2026: This is the worst managed place I’ve ever seen. Corporate clearly couldn’t care less about residents. The door buzzer system is offline half the time. There’s no garage parking available at the building. It’s been over 6 months that I still don’t have an indoor spot, and my car was broken into outside the building twice (March + June 2026). There’s no garage parking available at the building. It’s been over four months and I still don’t have a spot. My car was broken into outside the building (March 2026). Management is non existent. This is literally the worse place to live in. No maintenance whatsoever happens in here. Every apartment has either mice, cockroaches or some sort of problem. You email the management about these issues and never get a response. Please do not rent an apartment in this building.
