I can never get ahold of anybody, they doubled my rate.
Horrible, horrible company bought out this once family-owned business. They doubled fees, added a requirement to have your insurance policy on record and made it very difficult to provide it. Because if you don't, they'll make you pay for theirs. This is REDICULOUS! NEVER have any other storage places we've used required that. Avoid this place
