We've used Lamberts Cleaning and Maintenance for cleaning a beach condo approximately 18 months. Been very happy with that part of their service. We got great reviews from guests on the cleaning. We've also used the maintenance service a few times. Service was quick, done well and not overpriced. Will definitely use them in the future.
