I have been using Lambert Tire as my ‘go to’ for tires for almost 25 years. I have consistently received great customer service, and they have always backed what they sell. I have never had a problem that was not fixed, nor have I felt that I was over charged for services performed on my vehicles.
Customers Beware. I was robbed of $40 for tires balancing on my Kia Soul. The gentleman who did the work told the boss to charge me $20 for the work. He told me me he wanted $40 and told me arrogantly not to come back in order to camouflage his injustice. That man is not honest and should be ashamed of himself. PEPBOYS charges $14.99 for lifetime warranty, Walmart $36. I was told by another local mechanic that I should have been charged no more than $20. Stay away from them.
