7 years ago!!! Rented a complete garage model with black mold on 620 strong st Brighton Co apartment 1 has black mold in the bedroom they painted over it had us moved out a month keep in mind they just paint over it! They rent houses to absolute trash renters and then the neighbors have to deal with them, but hey, at least they get money monthly. Absolute garbage company.
If I could give this business less than zero star I would do it, I think a star still a lot for one of the people I deal with in order to rent a house. Her name is Kellie I got very disappointed with her and I want to advise you guys do not give her any money in advance, she is a lier and she denied to give me the security deposit back when I don’t even lived in the house, it was $2400 dollars, a lot of money, just because I did not agree with many things that she did not let me know before taking my deposit.
