CJ was AWESOME. I have never seen an inspector more thorough but also so helpful and kind to the buyer. We were not able to stay for our entire inspection, but we were there for a solid 2 hours and he answered any questions we had, and was also telling us every thing he would put on the inspection, why he was noting it, and the severity of the issue so we knew whether it was something to worry about or not.
