What can I say to praise Terry! My boiler had it's yearly service, Terry installed a ATAG boiler 11 years ago, it had several serviceable issues which may of meant it was going to be a bit of a money pit trying to bring it back to its former glory. Terry knows his way around boilers and is very competent at getting them to work efficiently. He serviced our Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 and helped to configure its temperature settings to optimise flow, as well as addressing trapped air issues to improve efficiency. Highly recommended
Terry is one of the best engineers I have come across. He helped my family and I when we most needed it. He was professional, punctual, and really knew his stuff. My valiant boiler was leaking which was very worrying. He managed to get to our house within minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our boiler and had it up and running in no time. Terry came round at relatively short notice after another plumber was unable to complete the work. He quickly replaced the expansion vessel. Everything was checked before he left, and he gave some very good advice as well. I will definitely ask Terry to carry out our heating maintenance in future.
