We had Lamco come out and look at two appliances. $79 for the first, $59 for the second. We knew what was wrong with the fridge, the rubber seal inside the door was ripped. We wanted to give the model # before they came out, but they would not take it. Took three tries for them to get the right day, the kept calling us on the wrong days to come out. They Got It At Lambco! – My fridge was on the "fritz" so I was in search of a new one. Thankfully I went to Lambco, because the salesman was great! He was very helpful in assisting me on selecting the right model for my house & I couldn't be happier! Even down to the delivery, they were extremely professional. Although they had to remove the door (to the fridge) to fit in the doorway of my house, they were very polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work Lambco!

STAY AWAY! – I have had a few experiences with this company and none have been good! I own a few places and have tenants so I deal with companies like this more often than your average home owner. very happy with my purchase – I Bought a whole kitchen of appliances from Lambco and am very happy. I did alot of shopping and they beat all the prices I found. I will use them again for a my next purchase of a washer and dryer.

Never again – We used them 10 yrs ago when we first moved in and they were fine. But now they have gone WAY down hill. We purchased a new washer/dryer for our new home. The delivery window came and went with no delivery. Called and they said they would call right back. 25 mins later they call and say another hour. Hour comes and goes. Another call back to Lamco, delays (ok it happens) and they won't be there for another hour. I'm Going To Lambco! – Just moved into a new home, and needed a few appliances. Stopped by Lambco to see what they had to offer. Boy was I surprised how helpful they really were! I was treated like a valued customer before I even bought anything! Long story short, I grabbed a new fridge and a stove. No problems since! When I treat myself to a new HDTV, I will be sure to come back!

Big Mistake – Received a new refrigerator two weeks ago. Within a few days, it started leaking. It is now two weeks later, and they have not fixed it. They were an hour late on the first service call, said they had to order a part. The next service call was canceled because the repairman was out. Now, I have to take my third day off from work to get it fixed. I wanted to return it and get another model ( and pay $900 more), but they refused. Poor attitude and poor communication.
