Whitney Yahn and Great Lakes Pediatric Denistry is probably one of the most incompetent and unprofessional practices of any "profession". My daughter missed an appointment due to a medical emergency, one that required two trips to the emergency room. They will not reschedule, stating that we should have called apparently while in the examination room at the hospital. We didn’t get to see Dr. Lamb today, apparently they close when school is closed, but don’t contact you about closing.
Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
