I cannot overstate how helpful and easy to deal with Lamb Ford is. Complete reversal of my experience at any other dealership, and I've needed to purchase several vehicles for my business in recent years. I've said it before: a business defines itself by how it treats its customers when things don't go to plan; stuff does happen. A business isn't just a building or facility, it's an amalgam of individuals working towards the same goal. And really good businesses are propelled by really good people who actually put the customer at the centre of the decisions they make, and the processes they establish. I purchased many vehicles from this dealership and recently bought a brand new 2024 f150, as there showroom and building was being renovated I asked if I could give a quote on flooring, I find out that it was already tendered out to only one flooring company, the management team only cares about a sale and not a continuous customer, very shameful and bad business because I will never buy another vehicle from them again.

What a great buying experience! Or sales person, Aaron Brown, was extremely helpful and no pressure…his goal was to help us get the vehicle we wanted and he certainly came through. Matt in finance was great too, no pressure to sell extras, just let us know what was available and left it up to us. Highly recommended!!!
