We are very grateful for this companies knowledge & services. The manager— Chris Fisher— is very knowledgeable, efficient & replies quickly to questions or problems. He makes sure the staff is thorough and that they accomplish the task they have been assigned to do. If for some reason the situation is not taken care of on the first treatment— they will come back at no extra cost to get the job done thoroughly. If I could give them a negative 3 stars I would. We dealt with this company a lot longer than we should have, because I believe in giving companies time and chances. But the customer service is the worst....the lady on the phone is so rude and doesn't listen to or respect you. You NEVER know when they are coming to your house. Even though I told them over and over again I needed a call at least 1-2 days ahead because we have weird schedules and a dog.
