Excellent, fast, down-to-earth service with good explanations about the process without any jargon. I called to have a leak in my sink repaired, and Bobby walked me through identifying the source of the leak-- which came from the old, rusted-out garbage disposal. He walked me through this check for the leak over the phone, to save him the time and me the money of a diagnostic visit. Called LaMattina’s Plumbing thinking that my water heater needed to be replaced. They took my request on New Year’s Day and Bobby called me within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional and straight forward. He asked a few questions about my water heater and what the issues were. He then offered to Facetime me so he could see what was going on.
