My eye exam was rushed and wrong, went back 2 weeks later, he said he wrote down on of my "numbers" wrong, had glasses remade and they are still wrong. Went to a different optometrist and finally got the correct RX for my glasses. Needless to say I will not go back to him.
Dr very rude..your eye machine needs up to date because i do not have cataracts..I will get a second opion and if im right then you will definitely be hearing back from me for sure!!!!!
I can’t say enough good things about this office! I called in a bit of a panic after losing one of my contact lenses, and they went above and beyond to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. The doctor was incredibly patient—not just with me, but also with my kids who came along and weren’t exactly quiet or still. He wasn't very polite. I had and appointment was already patient. 1 1/2 hours later finished and the prescription was incorrect after getting second opinion. Several times waiting on prior visits patient came in complaining about wrong prescription provided. Don waste your money on him. Eyemart glasses are nice fyi
One star too many..... This practice is a flipping joke. Wouldn't provide the perception for contacts because I wouldn't order and pay for trials... I've been wearing contacts for over 30 years and I have never ever paid for trials... Evidently he's in the business of selling lenses not taking care of his patients needs or even listening to what they have to say. He's very arrogant and smug I will never recommend this practice to anyone and I will never be back.
