Short staffed, even scheduled appointments are slow. I find having to drive to a neighboring parish for warranty service and maintenance when I live in the same city.
Working with Rachel in the service department was a great experience, she helped repair a mutual customers vehicle and she really went above and beyond. Communication was quick and easy. As a fellow service advisor I'd like to say she is AMAZING, highly recommended.
