Horrible place to buy a car. The salesman will ask for money under the table which is illegal. Told me he didn’t make commission blah blah which he does… The car dealership did nothing about it. The whole experience was shady. All they said was sorry and did the fake caring act. Offered nothing but to wash my car which I can do myself. Oh and said they could take the car back only as a trade in. Mind you I haven’t had the car more than 2 weeks… also now my bumper is cracked which the salesman said he would get fixed as well ... read more
The salesfloor assistant increased the value of the deal in my favor. I've purchased used vehicles before and never had the salesperson work hard not to close the deal but to make the best deal possible. In the test drive (Irene) identified details to correct and saw to it the work was done. She effectively didn't push me to settle for an 'as-is' purchase and elevated the vehicle to its potential and was attentive and realistic in price negotiation. A refreshingly positive experience.
Great experience with both Jade and David. They made the process easy and were low-pressure in the best way. Excellent communication and very understanding of any concerns or questions I had. Nice and helpful people who got me in a car I am very happy with!
Totally aggravated with this dealership! Traded our vehicle in to get a Lincoln end of August and they have sold my vehicle I traded in but have not paid out the existing loan we had. We had to make a monthly payment on a vehicle we no longer have that someone else is driving. We are getting told again and again they are gonna make the payment just ignore your lenders phone calls. LAMARQUE Used cars ....This is no way to do business!!!! I have seen numerous reviews with the same scenario happening to people.
Love my new 2024 Volkswagen Taos. We have purchased 3 cars from Lamarque and Jenny Mitchell is the best!! She went above and beyond and is always quick to get back with . She makes you feel like you are the only customer she has !
