Cannot give any rating on my last service. VERY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION! Had vehicle in shop for recalls and warranty work for 5 1/2 weeks. Never got call from anyone on progress, had to go there weekly to be told you still have a few people ahead of you. Never had this problem in the past VERY DISAPPOINTED! Had extended warranty and was supposed to get rental car, however, no one, service advisor, service manager, nor sales manager could help me with this. Again, poor service from management on this issue.
I feel that Lamarque Ford really cares about it's customers. I bought my F150 from Lamarque and bring it there for service even though I live 60 miles away and have a Ford dealership 10 miles from my house.
