It hurts to write this review, but I have been a customer of this company when they just started as inception and I gave them a chance. Been a customer of theirs for a few years and glad to see their business increase, however the past few years have been frustrating with quality issues, scheduling issues, hitting a few of my house wires, broke my drainage (never replaced it), crushed my house drain, hit the side of my house foundation loose, and their prices have been skyrocketing. They do a ok job of mowing but go so fast they break alot of things like sprinkler heads, flower pots and solar lights ect. They should slow down. Also they need to improve their communication. They don't show due to weather on their scheduled day and then dont always communicate when the will come for the reschedule. Have left my fence open multiple times as well. Thankfully my dogs did not get out. Their quality has really suffered in the last few years.
