Chad was prompt, fair and thorough and we are very pleased with his work. We felt confident in him with our issues he helped us resolve.
Always available, throughout the process. Very patient and willing to explain everything in great detail. Professional and courteous.
Tyler was awesome all the way during the process. He kept me informed and ultimately secured a fair recovery. Unfortunately this took quite a while, however that's the insurance companies fault, not Tyler or the LaMarca group. One piece of advice is to have reasonable expectations. These guys will work for the best resolution possible!!
