I have lived here for 8 months now and this has been my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived at. Julia at the front desk is friendly and helpful, and she did her best to help secure an apartment for me when I had a complicated financial situation I was dealing with at the time. She and the rest of the crew are also so friendly to my pup, and shower him with treats and affection when we come by the office. The maintenance crew is also amazing! Lamar Village is an amazing place to live! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Arvada, close to shopping, entertainment, and great restaurants. Plus, having easy access to the rail system makes getting to Denver a breeze. The maintenance team is top-notch, always quick to respond and take care of any issues. The property management staff is also fantastic—professional, friendly, and helpful when needed, but they also give residents space, unlike some places where management feels overbearing. One year later, I am still very happy living at Lamar Village Apartments. Management is very responsive. Safe complex. Beautifully maintained grounds.
