Lamar Landing Apartments in Beaumont, TX has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I moved out on February 25, 2025, and after more than eight months, I am still fighting to get back my $250 security deposit that I paid when I first moved in back in June 2022. I have a signed lease, move-in paperwork, and a written receipt signed by the former manager clearly showing I paid $1,100 total, including the deposit. This place is trash, no emergency maintenance. There's a tree that been down since Harvey! Sewage is terrible too..Lately I've been a little afraid because the lights are off on the outside of my apartment. This is scary because you never know who can sneak up on you. Hopefully someone can fix this problem. The pictures are from 4/4/24..4am . This is how it looks when I leave for work. Na trash they kicked us out illegally and they will steal your rent money . Chrisalyn is the one . And my AC was off for a year and they didn’t fix it mildew
My ac is not working trying to call someone for emergency they are not answering the phone hangs up I will be calling the news station tomorrow on these sorry ass apartments something need to be done
