LaMaison did our home inspection and missed a few critical areas that ended up costing us several thousand dollars in unexpected repairs. When we contacted LaMaison, they were rude, dismissive and excepted zero responsibility on the matter.
There inspector Ryan came out to do our inspection. He showed up 15 minutes late and was not the friendliest of people. Never really told us what was going on during the inspection. He missed a cracked sewer line in our crawlspace and significant amount of mold and sewage that was in the crawl. This is now costing us over $20,000 to have repaired. We were very unhappy with his service and the response of the company when I asked why he did not enter the crawlspace. I would not use this company and have given them zero stars ... read more
