We had a wonderful experience working with Richard Ireland! He really took the time to explain and highlight the features of the Honda Pilot. No pressure was put on us - rather answering questions and ensuring we understood the vehicle itself. He was responsive when asking questions through text, connected us to another salesman (Steve) when he couldn't be there, which was also a seamless, easy and supportive process. I had a noise issue with my Honda pilot while we were on a road trip. I stopped here on the way get the noise checked. Henry was amazing. He rode with me in the car for a few minutes and exactly explained me what the noise was and that it was not anything serious. The service department was backed up with appointments, even then the representative found someone to look into (Henry) ;after understandingthe urgency.
