Her patients should go on the show Botched. Evil Woman. Take her medical away. Shes hates minorities. This happened when she worked at Columbia with her evil collegue Dr. George Florakis. Scratched my eye on purpose during exam and was yelling at me that I could go blind from surgery when she just made me blind during exam. This happened in 2015-2016 and still blind.

The best doctor I ever had! She handled my cataract surgery beautifully!
An excellent physician and I highly recommend which is not easy for me because I’ve had horrible experiences with some other people in her field!
POOR BEDSIDE MANNER!!! My mom started seeing this provider for eye issues requiring frequent monthly visits. Every time she went she had a different student to check her. Last time she asked to be checked by the doctor and not the student for that visit. Dr. Al-Aswad told her rudely that if she dosen't want a student she will transfer her to another provider! There have also been inconsistencies in readings and it is her right to ask for the doctor. We will gladly see someone else!
