Exceptional surgeon, researcher and medical educator with a big heart. Outstanding medical skills, unblemished professional integrity and a commitment to excellence and service.
What a horrible experience; was referred for a a super easy and basic procedure to dr. Al-Aswad's office. Rude front desk person, time spent at the office is about 4 hours - time spent with the doctor (including procedure) is about 4 minutes . No follow up, 5 weeks later still trying to reduce the inflammation as my eye got badly scratched during the procedure. contacted my other ophthalmologist for help.
This was the most comprehensive eye examine I ever had. I was tested by 3 staff members and another doctor even before I saw Dr Al-Aswad. She examined my eyes and explained her suggestions for treatment patiently and answered all my questions.
