Back in the day, I had my first baby with this doctor and she definitely lacks bedside manners and if you have any complications with pregnancy, you are on your own. She wasn’t even at the hospital when I delivered my son, a random doctor working that night delivered my baby when my water broke. Recovery was painful because I ripped myself from pushing too hard. This was a long time ago. 14 years to be exact. Dr Lam did not take any of my symptoms seriously. She was mostly focused on my weight gain more than anything else. I quote, “you eat too many cheeseburgers” she said on multiple ocassions. This was my first and only pregnancy and she never validated me with anything and repeatedly said “it’s normal” normal when I was so incredibly swollen and uncomfortable, even my face was swollen and I had “pregnancy nose”. My mom had a Hysterectomy and Dr. Lam operated on her. She is very kind and gentle and her smile never left her face. She has a gentle hand and kind words. Excellent Doctor and staff thank you so much
