I’ve been a referral nurse for several years. I have referred patients to both the Dallas and Greenville offices. My patients were happy with the care and had only good things to say. I highly recommend the doctors in this company and wouldn’t hesitate to refer my own family here.
Brought my father in this office and from point one was always treated with respect, testing was ordered and treatment was started immediately. Would always recommend Dr.Gafford!
I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was great, the doctor really took her time with me and answered any questions or concerns that I had. Was able to get in for an ultrasound the same day. No complaints. I definitely recommend!
I had a stent placed in my leg and that whole procedure went well. But anything there after don't count on it. I was to have a follow up procedure but have called at least 3 times in the last month, spoke with someone once and transferred to outpatient scheduling. Haven't received the first call back. Surgeons may be adequate but office staff is awful
I would give less than a one star if I could. Horrible communication. I called and verified that my 82 yr old mother would be there that day, yet when she showed up and had to fill out all of her own paperwork (I usually do it for her, but they mentioned nothing about paperwork on the phone) only to be told (after an hour and a half wait) that the technician wasn’t there and would have to reschedule.
