Dr.Lam and the staff here are the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever met in healthcare. They don’t listen to you and interrupt you while you’re speaking even though they asked you to describe your symptoms. They don’t actually care about what you have to say. My mom had in clinic imaging done and was told she would be called with the results the next day but that didn’t happen. Disgusting First appointment a week ago cancelled. He had an emergency surgery. This I understand no problem. Rescheduled for 4/3/2026 9.00 am. The online check in does not work. Specifically ask for him not his PA. I arrived 10 minutes early. Get taken to a room, wait 25 minutes then a PA walks in. I get told the appointment was with her. I tell her no and that I specifically made appointment to see him. Then get told I have to wait another 45 minutes That is absurd. This is the most unprofessional doctors office that I have been in for many years. The front desk is so not capable of taking care of the patients needs. This group are making mega money and they will not invest in equipment that every doctor's office should have. If I tell you up front repeatedly, that I want a copy of a sonogram, don't lie or ignore me. Just tell me you can't do it.
