Disgusting First appointment a week ago cancelled. He had an emergency surgery. This I understand no problem. Rescheduled for 4/3/2026 9.00 am. The online check in does not work. Specifically ask for him not his PA. I arrived 10 minutes early. Get taken to a room, wait 25 minutes then a PA walks in. I get told the appointment was with her. Very disrespectful team.
This is the most unprofessional doctors office that I have been in for many years. The front desk is so not capable of taking care of the patients needs. This group are making mega money and they will not invest in equipment that every doctor's office should have. If I tell you up front repeatedly, that I want a copy of a sonogram, don't lie or ignore me. Just tell me you can't do it.
