Worst experience. The nails were installed over my cuticles, making removal extremely difficult. We were lucky to remove them the same day—otherwise, my fingers could have swollen or even gotten infected. Very unprofessional service.

I will be taking my business elsewhere. I came across LAM in September 2023 when they were new to the city. I immediately fell in love with their great service and reasonable prices. I have supported them ever since, going almost every 3-4 weeks for over a year and a half. Introducing friends and family to the salon and recommending them to customers (I work in retail) whenever I get compliments on my nails. In summary, I was their biggest fan. Not anymore.
