Always such a great experience at Lam!
This was my first experience with LAM NAIL SPA. It wasn’t a long wait for a walk in, everyone was very friendly, and Teo/Tio did a fantastic job on my nails! I am very satisfied with my time there and I will definitely be going back. I’ve never been happier with how my nails turned out.
Lucy was amazing. Brought my vision to life with skilled precision. Was very sweet to converse with and made me feel like a queen for a day! Highly recommended and will be back when I’m in town visiting family.
Tracy was the lady that did my nails today. She started my nails assuming what I wanted and and when I told her I didn’t like them and that I like my nails very square she responded with “oh now you want them square” she is very unprofessional, my nails are all different lengths and she didn’t even offer me a beverage. today was my third time at that establishment and my LAST !!!!! Zero tip for poor service !!!!!!
