I asked for a basic $30 pedicure with gel which is an extra $20 cool. They ended up giving me the $50 service that I didn’t ask for and ended up charging me $75 saying that I asked for the $50 set. When clearly a witness next to me heard me say FRESH set which is the $30 service. When I tried to clarify with them they got all defensive and told me to not come back. Horrible customer service
I recently visited this salon with my daughter for the first time, as she wanted to get her nails done to celebrate her graduation. While I appreciate the opportunity to support your business, I wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience, which left us disappointed. What I asked for vs what I got.. spent about 10 mins looking for silver ?? Tried to give me some other colors that wouldn’t show up because dark background. Rushed so much that I was bleeding within 5 mins. This was such a simple design I didn’t think I would be disappointed :(
