Very disappointed - I was very happy with my experiences there until recently. Their new dentist wasn't set up on my insurance, but they scheduled me with her anyway. Insurance denied the claim, so Lalor is sticking me with the bill. Worse yet, the filling that the bill is for fell out within a month, now they won't return my emails or calls to try and resolve either issue.

They need to get their billing a little more accurate. I went in with an issue and was shown what it was cost me after it went thru the insurance. My cost was to be $180.00. I went back to have the procedure done I was told a mistake had been made and my cost was actually to be $208.00. Ok, fine. Had the procedure done and paid on my way out. 3 weeks later, I get a bill for another $220.00. Was not expecting that. Big jump from $180 to almost $450. Will be going to another place from now on.
