Cancelled appointment even though I confirmed it, put a crown on a tooth that needed a root canal and made me to go through excruciating pain. Waited till my daughter's cavity was so big she almost needed a root canal instead of dealing with it. Soo many things wrong
I would like to share my experience with lalor dental. I had alot of issues with them billing my insurance. which I felt was unelthical. when trying to resolve these issues, the office mgr would dodge out our calls. This was proven just because when dealing with her a the vestal office. she would just tell her staff simply just to say she is not there. RecommendedFriendly and caring staff who go the extra mile to make sure that their patients are comfortable! They have always fit me in when needed and I have never had a long wait! Dr. Shah and her team have been absolutely wonderful to me and gave me back my smile!

I have nothing but trouble with mg experience. First my temporary crown was made by hygienist incorrectly and fell out by the time I drove home. He also left compound on my teeth and near my gums causing pain and discomfort. The dentist had to drill the compound off my tooth and reapply new temporary crown. Billing has been a nightmare. They didn't have providing dentist listed under my insurance and now have sent me a bill for 1600 because of there mistake. Cannot recommend this dentist mill. The only thing I didn't have a problem with is the hygienists, they were nice and did a great cleaning. However, I had a filling done and within a week it had chipped and I had to have it redone. Then I needed to have a crown done. I had to go back TWICE to have the temporary crown shaped because I was in severe pain. When I had the permanent crown put in I had to go back yet again because there was a very high spot. Wouldn’t help me with my cosmetic requests
They have an amazing group of people who all care about their patients and deliver top shelf service. They have changed everything about the dental experience for me in a GOOD way. Plus I really enjoy visiting these people. They have been helping me so much, and I strongly recommend Lalor to everybody for dental care.
Want to say they are nice and professional. Went in for a root canal and am impressed that the time spent wasn't ling and I was seen in a timely manner, and very well treated. My root canal was not a long visit and the care for my health was good as well as precautions for pain were looked after. Will be going back for my other root canals and they take delta dental insurance.
