The one on 26 in the city is the best..Great service ,The food was really good and it's an old school atmosphere..Worth the trip..
I was sitting in a very cold office for two or three hours. A colleague said the restaurant around the corner has great chicken soup. I went to get some and found a truly amazing restaurant. I also ate THE BEST chicken tamales. Service was great. Felt like a warm, neighborhood restaurant with GREAT FOOD. Can you believe I went there for chicken soup? Yep and I got a lot of soup to take home as well. Great find!
Navy Pier location is absolutely dreadful! It took over 20 minutes for me to get my food when there was no line.. they messed up my order after I specifically told her twice what I wanted.. there was no sense of urgency, also charged me extra for something I didn't even get! Absolute waste of money and time! Don't bother going there because they don't care!
