Stopped in at Bally’s auto when my car was having some issues with my breaks. They took my car in, came to speak to me about the issue before doing the work, completed the work in good time and at a good price. I waited for the work to be completed and was happy that they had such comfortable chairs to sit in and a tv to help me pass the time. I’ve had a really solid experience with this auto mechanic shop. They’re straightforward and honest, whether it’s sticking to your appointment time or accurately diagnosing what’s going on with your vehicle. I’ve never had to worry about being overcharged, and they always get the job done right the first time. In the past, I’ve dealt with a couple of other shops on the same street where I felt overcharged, and in some cases, it seemed like they created more problems than they fixed.
