If I could give this dealership less then a one star I would most definitely I was so appalled with the manager (DAVE) my wife bought a brand new 2025 silvarado last year since then have had multiple issues and and always giving her a hard time with service it's always an issue for them to fix said problems today we went to the dealership with one year old tires on the truck and showed them that they are cracked and dry rotted around the rim keep in mind all service has been done regularly and under there warranty we asked t... read more
This 2019 Chevrolet Colorado was exclusively maintained by Lally Chevrolet throughout its entire life and it left the dealership with code P0017 in Feb 2026 and the dealership never fixed the leaking Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve or replaced the missing bolt. It's obviously been leaking for awhile (see pic). You also never changed the tranny fluid hence the transmission was slipping (see pic).
