Please do not see this Oncologist for brain cancer. My child’s father has a Grade 2 Astrocytoma IDH 1 pten loss. He was experiencing slight progression on radiology reports and this oncologist refused to offer him the Vorasenib as a new treatment option. My child’s father is a Nurse at Kaiser and he had to get rid of the oncologist and get a different one. Since he has been taking the new medication his tumor has shrunk on MRI. This oncologist is outdated and does not understand new and upcoming treatments. Beware.
