Dr. Reddy is not afraid to take on complicated cases like mine. Apparently, Dr. Reddy has a very busy schedule, so she delegates a lot of patients to her nurse practioners (Cassie, Annie & DJ). Pros: The office is clean, the decor is modern & the staff is friendly. The Cons: Dr. Reddy & her staff consistently do not follow through & no one is ever held accountable. Consequently, this office is very disorganized.
I met Dr. Sue Lalla-Reddty a week ago at her clinic. The waiting was about 10 minutes and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dr. Reddy was very friendly as well and it seemed that she cares a lot about her patients. So far, my impression of the clinic and the physician is very good.
I have been a long time patient of Dr Reddy and trust her 100% with my medical care. She listens to me when I know something isn't right. She saved my life a few years ago and I will be forever grateful. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a primary care physician.
Dr Reddy is a kind, caring and very smart MD. She has taken care of all my healthcare needs for 15 years and has never been wrong. Dr Reddy is always there for me and my family when we call. I have referred many people to her.
Possibly good clinician, but office is a disaster. No follow-through, bad paperwork, ignored requests, overlooked refills. Staff turns over regularly- a sure sign of problems at the top. Actually announced to patients that there is not enough time to take care of their needs and they should understand that when they are being seen others are waiting.

Worst doctor ever. When you are dying and she looks at you for 2 minutes and tells you there is nothing wrong with you and you should see another doctor, there is no care involved. Even after telling her there is something wrong she just laughs and said there isn't despite not running any tests and knowing me for 2 minutes. Evil Lady DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE LIED TO.
I am very grateful to have Dr. Lalla-Reddy as my doctor. She is very attentive and very caring. She always spends time listening to all my complaints and makes sure that she has addressed everything before leaving the room. I can easily reach her and calls me back right away. She has taken cared of my medical problems that the other doctors were not able to figure out. Her staff is also as amazing as she is. I will strongly recommend her to anyone that I know.
Dr. Lalla-Reddy is the doctor that I trust the most with regards to my healthcare. She is very thorough and follows through with the treatment plan that she has ordered for me. She's very detailed when she explains my medications and procedures that she wants done for me. I get an immediate response each time I needed to talk to her. Her staff are very caring as well. They make me feel that they are treating their own family member.
