About this business

The hardwood floors, high cement ceilings and soothing instrumental music create a hip urban atmosphere at Lalita. Located within walking distance of Orpheum Theater, it offers traditional Thai foods such as Pad Thai, as well as a variety of meat dishes including Grilled Lamb and seafood specialties. Customers are offered the option of sitting on stuffed cushions in traditional Thai-style, or at one of the many wooden tables that surround a pond of brightly-colored orange and yellow fish.

Good food good place Lalita's food is really good, the place itself it's really nice inside and the decor is nice. The only problem is the location, it's right next to civic center, where a lot of homeless hang out but once you step in the restaurant is very nice inside. I would definetely recommend the place. PROS: CONS: Location

Good Happy Hour The food is normally a bit on the pricey side, but the appetizers are good and cheap at happy hour (weekdays 3-7). I like the calamari. They have a full bar and cool bartenders. I recommend the Twisted Thai Tea if you like thai iced tea, though that's not a happy hour special.
